Dear NRP Students, Parents and Families,

Norma Rose Point is once again hosting its Winter Food Drive to raise funds for the Greater Vancouver Food Bank. The GVFB works hard to supply healthy food to those in need every day of the year. With the cost of food and housing being higher than ever, the GVFB continues to provide support to anyone that needs it. All donations help feed children, families, seniors, and individuals in the Greater Vancouver Area.

You can donate today by clicking on the 'Donate' button at the top right. It is both easy and fun to do as you will get to choose what grocery items you would like to donate. Including your children in the donation process teaches them the importance of giving. It can also help them discover causes they care about, develop budgeting skills, and become aware of ways to create positive change in the world.

Based on the incredible success of last years food drive, we have set this years fundraising goal at $5,000. Please feel comfortable giving as much or as little as you are able. Remember that for every $1 donated, the Greater Vancouver Food Bank can double the value.

Online donations are also tax-deductible. Please check your email inbox or spam folder for an automated tax receipt from the GVFB once your donation is successfully processed.
